I am playing with Elementalist/Mesmer and I abbandoned the quest Closer to the Stars.And now i cannot get it again.Tryied everything but still nothing happens.How can i get the quest Closer to the Stars again?

Go back to the NPC who gives you the quest. Here is the information on the quest:

Talk to Nika in Bukdek Byway. She gives you the quest.

Also note you first must have done the quest "Finding The Oracle" before this quest is available from Nika.
