I want to buy a shield req<13 tactics (8/9 tactics much better) with the following mods :
-2 while in stance
-3 while hexed

or :
-2 while in stance
-2 while enchanted

In fact I'm considering to buy any shields with 2 perfect mods based on damage reduction
