all chars deleted?

Hi, about an houre ago i was playing gw on my second account and then the message came up where it says someone else logged in. after that came up i logged back in and went back to my player select screen but i didnt click one to play because i had to do something for like 10 minuted. then i come back and click on a char and it says something like network error cant connect to server then i logged off and logged back on and ALL of my chars were deleted. has that ever happend to anyone???. so i assumed someone haxord my password and i went to change it then i noticed they changed the whole change password thing since the last time i did it. then i made an account and it says to add a game i need my 25 digit game number but i dont have that. shouldnt the login and password be enough???? is there anything i can do, and has this ever happend to anyone?

Ouch. You'll need that key to prove that you were the original owner of the account. And yeah, your account got hacked. Do some spyware scans on your computer to get rid of whatever keylogger you have in your system, first off. After that, get that key (you NEED that key, period) and contact Support. That's really about all you can do.

You also wont have much luck if you used any 3rd party bots with GW as well. Anet wont support you if you used any.

Now, just because you have the Account and Password it doesn't prove that you purchased the game. You could have stolen the account through illegitimate causes, as far as support is concerned.

Im just assuming though, because usually this botting crap will hurt you more than it will help you.

It usually comes with Key loggers which will steal your acount, and ebay it.

Your loss, be more careful next time.

Since im just assuming, because people who lose their acounts are usually , but not always , people who visit sites in search of Cracks, keygens, Bots.
This will result in getting alot of crap Viruses, Trojans, Key loggers and spyware.

And if your gonna be actually searching for that crap, which you absolutely dont need to have enjoying moments playing fair and square, at least take precautions to use THE king of free Anti-Viruses.
Updates are almost instant and doesnt cause too much lag when playing, its the best Anti-Virus ive ever used anyway, im sure many will agree, but anyway im going offtopic.

The point is, learn something from what just happened, even though (and im assuming again) it wasnt your fault (which I doubt but cant prove in any way, and wont even bother to).

I hope many people read all that i typed, since i think it was important and usefull.

I stopped reading when I got to this line.

It was kind of hard to read the whole post in anycase.

My suggestion would be to contact A.net deirectly and type in plain English with less of the crazy leet talk and correct use of grammar.

I also suggest we just close this thread before it turns into another flame fest.
