Online store - payment problems

Here is the situation.

I want to buy another character slot and buy prophecies pvp skill unlock.
When i enter al the data, and click purchase, i recieve stupid error "Code=1571104" and payment refused. After few tries, i get similar error with "fraud suspision".
The cc is VISA and its valid, with cash enough for the transfer. I have no idea what is wrong with that stupid store.The support isn't answering me for two days, and I am really annoyed.

Anyone with similar problems and answers from support staff?

Call VISA and make sure PlayNC is OKayed for online transactions from ViSAs side.
Anytime you try to make more transactions with a company they have refused payment the "fraud code " kicks in, so you will most likely call anyway and have them reacctivate the account.
