When you kill an elite boss but do not have your signet on you do you lose the opportunity to have that elite skill or does it just get forwarded to a skill trainer?

Neither. You just have to come out and kill him again, hopefully this time with a capture signet.

Yep. I've also noticed that if you have 2 elites on your bar and you zone, the first one from the left gets removed until you can get to an outpost. Just a heads up for ya'.

I didn't understood something what will happen if we have 1 elite skill on our bar and capture another elite skill will they two stand there

If you have an elite in your bar and capture another elite, you can use both of them as long as you
1- do not zone to a new area.
If you zone to a new area you will lose one of the elites and you will have an emtpy slot in your skill bar.
2- once you get back to town, one of them will be removed.

yea if you want to use that elite skill, just press K and equip it
