Umm actually that is not 20-30k at all......
its req 11 and nobody likes 15% -10 15^50 is better
and no mods
maybe req 9 with those stats 30k
im gonna give it a 10k

disagree with kurzick bowman. ppl like 15/-10 on bows. a ranger should never be tanking in the first place.

Agreeing with Ethereal...Due to this being a new skin(which I don't think is very cool) I could see it getting 20k even with 11 requirement. and 15%/-10 is good on bows for the reason Ethereal stated.
