Hi everyone. So you've been asking a lot (over, and over, and over ...

) about where you'll be able to get the Pre-Release pack fro Nightfall in Europe. Well, overnight I finally got the details you need and we'll be publishing a thoroughly revised "Where to Buy" page on the official European websites either late today or early tomorrow.

For now, however, here's a list of stores (for German speaking or French speaking regions I believe my colleagues will be posting on those forums today). Please remember that the boxes are not due on shelves until the 15th, so store staff may greet you with a blank stare until then

How about us Canadians?

Only confirmed web-shop is Amazon.ca and they marked up their good compared to Amazon.com by 40% while the exchange rate and rest of e-web-shops goes about 10% or so.

How about any local stores?

Will Future Shop and Bestbuy carry the prelease on Sept. 15?

There aren't many EBgames in Canada and they are all nub when it comes to phone questions "Will you guys be having Nightfall prelease?" "WTF is that?" "...phone hangs up..."

any chance of getting PRBP in countries like Russia and other ex-USSR states ?

most of online stores just do not ship there. :-(

and those with "OK" option does not allow to pay with credit cards issued elsewhere then rather limited list of countries (like 30 or so.)

I believe Gameplay.co.uk is offering the pre-release for free when pre-ordering GW:Nightfall:

You'll need to find out from a North American source, I'm afraid. NCsoft Europe and NCsoft in America are separate companies and run as such. We service Europe and a few other territories (eg Australia, South Africa). As such, I don't really know what the story is over that side of the world.

Amazon.de charges 2€. It's not free, but it's a very agreeable price for a character slot plus a few goodies.

so far they are only offering it as a package deal.

when it is out all over that may change.

also remember that Gaile said what they do is a dealer level choice which means that unless GAMESTOP/EB have a chainwide rule you may find one doing this and the one across the street doing the opposite

It will be available in The Netherlands, I just have not yet been supplied with full details about which stores have it and in what variety they have it. Therefore, it's not listed yet. It will be ASAP I have details.

thats probably the same for belgium?

I know with factions, Anet had a superb service in belgium, didn't had any problems and was always on time.

For us Dutch: check out www.dimensionplus.nl who now have some info posted about the pre-pack. It doesn't mention the extra character slot however, which leaves me a bit puzzled. Keep us posted

I take it back, EB as a whole, does not suck.(Just the EB store I used to frequent)
I placed my pre-order for CE today at a different store, and was informed that I could pick up my free pre-order bonus pack on friday.

Here is what Amazon.de (German Division) has to say about that. The letter was received by a member of the german forums. I've taken the liberty to translate it into English. It contains NO shifts in meaning whatsoever. This is 100% undilluted what they expressed. Have fun:

Amazon.co.uk Nightfall and CE listed no Pre release pack
Pcworld.co.uk Nothing excpet factions normal
HMV As Amazon
Virgin No nightfall or PRP.
Game as Amazon
Gamestation Has PRP listed but not price and only 1 version of Nightfall with no details.
Gameplay Has Nightfall and CE listed and you get the PRP if you preorder but the CE is £10 more than amazon.
Gameseek.co.uk As Amazon

So it looks like my only option is to go buy this from Game in-store. I don't like doing this as it means driving and then finding a car park space. All of which cost money. Then pay more than I would from an online store. Then drive back which again costs money.

Two releases now and two problems on each. Factions was delayed for some people since there weren't enough CE's made to go around. Now this with 1 working day left before release and there's total confusion as to where this can be purchased from.

Any idea where to buy this here in Ireland?

I might go visit several shops in the area on saturday, but I too would prefer getting it online...

Still can't find any option to order Nightfall at all here in Norway. No pre-order, no pre-sale-box (and how come we can't order the box online here, but just the keys??)
