I know with factions, Anet had a superb service in belgium, didn't had any problems and was always on time.

I placed my pre-order for CE today at a different store, and was informed that I could pick up my free pre-order bonus pack on friday.

Here is what Amazon.de (German Division) has to say about that. The letter was received by a member of the german forums. I've taken the liberty to translate it into English. It contains NO shifts in meaning whatsoever. This is 100% undilluted what they expressed. Have fun:
Last time, all major German shops just sold the Factions PreOrder "below the pricepoint of bother". Trying to get cashier clerks to refund your 2€ can be truly described as being a Titan's Quest.

Virgin No nightfall or PRP.
Game as Amazon
Gamestation Has PRP listed but not price and only 1 version of Nightfall with no details.
Gameplay Has Nightfall and CE listed and you get the PRP if you preorder but the CE is £10 more than amazon.
Gameseek.co.uk As Amazon

.So it looks like my only option is to go buy this from Game in-store. I don't like doing this as it means driving and then finding a car park space. All of which cost money. Then pay more than I would from an online store. Then drive back which again costs money.
Two releases now and two problems on each. Factions was delayed for some people since there weren't enough CE's made to go around. Now this with 1 working day left before release and there's total confusion as to where this can be purchased from.

I had a reply from amazon.co.uk this morning, so here it is:
I think they got a bit confused, and didn't seem to understand by what I meant about a prelease pack for Nightfall so I have emailed them again clarifying what I meant
