Wtb Shield With 2 Damage Reduction Mods

Greetings
I'm looking for any shield, armor 16, based on TACTICS, with DUAL damage reduction mods.
-2 while in Stance AND -3 while Hexed is the one I'd like. But I'm considering any other shields with 2 damage reduction mods. I'm also considering any skin.
