So far all I have been able to find out about the req 8 15^50 is that many people are either jealous or pissed off that i found it. The few that i have ran into that gave me a PC, i dont know if i can rely on. I have heard a range of 40-80k with 1 guy saying 100k but it depends on the mods.
DILLEMNA: Do I change the mods on this and try to sell as a different hammer or do i advertise this at that range.

Don't change the mods. Let your buyer do that.
If you add a 20/20 +30 or whatever, you'll most likely sell it quicker, but you won't increase it's value.
These have been selling for around 100-150k, but it's a new skin. Not sure how long it will hold it's value.
