W/MO needs help on builds about farming

I am a W/MO.
I started nt long ago, so i dont know much about farming.
I farmed trolls before but the gold i get is nt alot.

Can u all please share with me ur farming ways?

THe place to farm, the monster to farm, the skills to equip, and lastly the amount of gold per hr

(btw even though i m new i got all the warrior and monk skills)
