Help Unlocking Cantha Map (stuck At 98.7%)

so im stuck at 98.7%... and i swear i've alreayd unlocked everything minus the arena that i cant get into cause im already lvl 20. can anyone help me figure out exactly what im missing?

i'd really appreciate it.
im kinda sick of looking over this map already. done it a million times.
