PC on a couple of Golds.

I also have:
Golden Phoenix Blade of Fortitude
15-22 req 8
+15% Damage while enchanted
+29 Health

Crippling Vertebreaker of Defense
15-22 req 10
+15% Damage while enchanted
+5 Armor

I know to check the sticky and I have, but those prices seem outdated and not very accurate. Can someone please give me a more realistic price?
