It's all maxed, and has lowest req. - but question is: is it worth anything?

anyhow, here's the pic:
I have a feeling that it CAN be used well in PvP, but since I'm not much of a PvP player...

wouldn't really be used in PvP.....

I'm not sure on value, maybe 10k.... if it had a second mod on it could have been worth a bit.. but it doesn't so it won't be very valuable
