(But, as a legitimate contrast, 320k WMAs will royally assassinate the battery life of any MP3 player (will depelete battery life 5 times as fast. I'm not joking). So the 96k MP3s are the best way to go, especially if you have an iPod.)

Did DirectSong's DRM change recently or something? When I downloaded the Prophecies and Factions soundtracks from them (about a month ago), it stated that I could burn the files to CD as many times as I wanted. I have CDs of both sitting in my car thanks to that.
