Recruiters black list anywhere?

I may get flamed for this, but is there a black list anywhere, where we can check names before doing a blind recruit? I've had a string of bad luck lately with new recruits, so much that I stopped all recruiting for my guild over the past month. I am glad I found this section of the forum finally and added my name and guild to the list bc my alliance leader told me I'd get a higher quality player by posting out here instead of spamming in towns. Now that I've read this forum I do see that other people have bad luck with that too so I feel a little better.

Anyhow, onto my question . . . Is there a blacklist of awful players who just get their rocks off by joining guild after guild just to get onto guild and alliance tab to say shockingly rude, racist and or sexual remarks just to cause dissonance? I have experienced this 5 times at least now and one of the times they said something so awful that the alliance dropped us immediately to shut them up on alliance tab. It took me a lot of work to get alliance to re-add us and get trust back.

I won't name names unless it's deemed ok for the good of other guilds. I'm just sickened by some people's behavior.
