Hi, I just purchased this at an auction for 60k...good deal? Bad deal? Can someone please tell me what it is worth?

Armor: 16 (Requires 8 Strength)
Armor +10 (vs. Piercing attacks)
Reduces physical damage by 2 (while in a Stance)
