upgrade this with perf sundering and perf fortitude...

is it worth it?....or should i not bother cause its not 15^50??

IF you plan to use it yourself, upgrade it as required. If you plan to sell a weapon, adding a mod to it will never increase the weapons price by the value of the mod you add, so sell the mod seperatly.
