Knowing that they will help you, and that all they ask is a bit of time, please write to them as you would want to be addressed yourself. Thanks for working with me on that.

As for addressing the art team as I would want to be addressed myself, if I had sat on an issue for as long as they have without fixing it, I would expect people to be less-than-pleased with me. I would not expect them to have the best of manners towards me. That's not how I'd like to be addressed, but it is how I could reasonably expect to be.

Basically, I've got 9 months of frustration built up on this issue, and some people have even more. That's a lot of frustration, and I'm afraid it's a bit more than I can keep fully under control. Sorry.

I've noticed some glitches with armors. Sometimes on my mesmer my armor blinks or I can even see her back right through it. Anybody else noticed that?
