Connection issues

All day today I've been having problems playing online culminating in this
when I try to start playing. I've tried going to the ip address but no joy.
Any ideas?

One thought that has occured is that my trial period has expired although I have bought the game and entered the new, full key code. When I look at the 'manage keycodes' bit, it still shows the old and new key codes as showing, could this be the problem and if so, any ideas how I go about fixing it?
Edit - Out of curiosity I've created another character and that one seems to work fine although my R/E character still has the same problem. Is this making any sense to anyone at all?

I'm having serious connection problems too. Get dropped when trying to go into Aspenwood, or any area where new files are downloading.

I'm having the same problems too. It was pretty laggy in battle and get dropped out randomly when trying to access a new area ever since the upgrade.

I was having consistant lag in UW and Talus Chute... I went to play other chars and it seems it wont load, Code=005.
the town was elona, I heard droknars is doing the same thing... a bot banning spree? (pure speculation, but they do, do these things)

Heroes Ascent has it as well
Edit: you can enter Heroes Ascent by creating a new PvP character. However, if you log out and try to enter HA again you'll get the code 5

O thank GOD..... Its a server isue....
I Was in ascalon city (pre searing) and tried to map jump to barradin estate , now I'm getting "Guild Wars was unable to connect to the game server due to a network error. This may be caused by internt routing issues or a server network failure...If this problem Persists please visit guild wars suport weabsite (206.127.146.117.6112) (code=005)..."
I tried rebooting comp , exiting game / restarting it.. I can access ascalon city with another char.. then reloading the problem char and it still kept comming up whith this problem.. even my other comp is havn the same problem.....

Ive had this around..25times today..its happening on every char, everywere, maybe its something to do with the Streaming of NF preview event?

and to top it all off ignite arrows now has a life of 2 - 10 seconds. WHAT THE HELL is going on.

I just got this from tech suport ..
I would like to get more information regarding the status of your connection so that I may better investigate the cause. Guild Wars has a built-in network diagnostic utility. We ask that if you are using a router, hub, or switch, to first disconnect this device and connect directly to your modem before running this utility. You may have to reboot your modem and/or computer to reestablish your Internet connection.
Please perform the following steps.
1. Click Start and then click Run.
2. Click Browse and select your gw.exe program. It will be in "C:\Program Files\Guild Wars" by default. You can reach this through "My Computer" > "Local Disk C:" > "Program Files" > "Guild Wars".
3. The Run window should now read:
"C:\Program Files\Guild Wars\Gw.exe"
Modify the line in the Run window to read:
"C:\Program Files\Guild Wars\Gw.exe" -diag
4. Press OK to run the test.
You will see a small window that gives the status of the testing. Please wait for all of the tests to finish. When it is done, click Close. The test will create a new file in your Guild Wars folder (again, by default this is "C:\Program Files\Guild Wars") called NetworkDiag.log. Please update your incident and send us the NetworkDiag.log file as an attachment.
