PC on a few golds

i have the following golds i need price checked

-Celestial sceptre
Cold Dmg 10-20 (req 12 spawning)
Halves casting time of spells (chance 10%)

-zealous Celestial longbow of fortitude
piercing damage 15-28 (req 12 marksmanship)
energy gain on hit: 1
energy regen -1
health +29

Sceptre. Single mod = merchant. oh, and 11-22 is max for caster weapons.

Longbow. No inherent dmg modifier = salvage.
