PC on Double Vampiric Bow (-2 pips health degen)

This is an old bow I got off of a old account that looks as such

Damage + 12%
Health Degen -1
Life Stealing 4

The obvious use of this bow would be for suicide in GvG after getting stuck in the floor as it is twice as fast as a normal suicide weapon. The exact worth is what i don't know any ballpark price would be appreciated. ^.^

Merch food. -1 constant hp regen mod is somewhat normal nowadays. And your bow is only +12%^-1hp regen.
