Connecting Problem..

Hey guys, my game dosnt seem to be able to connect/load when i go in Vizunah Square.. and it simply stuck there so i cant play Factions at all.

I would say, if you can still visit other cities/outposts and can get into the first two missions (on the island), then the problem lies on their end.

Send them a support ticket through their website (stated right on your screenshot).

well yeah everything was just fine before today... i did that quest called Mayham in the Market or something and when it was over and went into this city it just didnt want to load it..

I got the same problem... just got to Vizunah Square today and the game won't load the map... I've tried visiting their support website on the IP adress stated, but can't load the page...
