What is the value of a gold Gothic Sword of Fortitude: 15-22 Req 10, +20%<50, +30 health?

Yes I know there is a rare skin list but that offers a number with a ? behind it and also doesn't include the +30HP mod and of course doesn't address whether it would be better to try and salvage the +30 or sell the sword as is. Thanks in advance for your response.
