The EXTRA one from the bonus is just that - Extra.
Outpost.com has had to remove the Bonus Pack from its deals and limit 1 per household they are so popular lol.

Has anyone else who ordered this gotten an email that its backordered? That coupled with the change in the product description (even though the product number remains the same) causes me to think they screwed up and didn't mean to offer the bonus/prerelease pack along with the full game for 39.99.
2 emails to them have gone unanswered so far - wonder how long I should wait?

I ordered 2 copies of it with bonus packs and followed up with an email to them about making sure that I would get both and the bonus packs.
They replied with a generic response, that it's backordered which is just stupid.
So I asked them again to confirm if I'll get them - and if not just to cancel the order.... still awaiting a response.
I think they underestimated the demand for this.....

Anyone who ordered from Fry's, this is a word of warning. I ordered two copies of CE with bonus pack, about two days before this thread was posted, and now they're saying my copies are back ordered, and the "with bonus" is completely gone from my order.
I'm cancelling. Most likely will not be getting CE now, and just order from the PlayNC store.

I ordered early, then noticed the changed product page about three days later. I put my order number into their "Track Your Order" page, and it listed "Nightfall," not the Bonus Pack in addition. I emailed them three times over a week with no response at all. I called them this weekend; they said someone would email me an answer on Tuesday. That never happened, but I just logged on to their "Track Your Order" page again and re-inputted my order number, and I can now see both Nightfall and the Bonus Pack there. If you ordered early, you might try that to double-check.
The bad news is that everything shows as "backordered." I emailed to ask whether that really meant 'backordered' or whether a computer somewhere just popped that term up since the thing isn't in stores yet. Like before, no answer yet.

Yeah, they seem to be way over their heads on this, unless their support is always like that (first time shopper). I emailed them my cancellation a few hours before posting here and I still haven't heard from them. I might have to put a stop payment on that...

Today I actually received an email back from Fry's. It said, in summary: We see that we have answered your question and will close this support case.
I have no clue what they're talking about. They still haven't answered my questions -- they haven't even emailed me anything but form letters. If they're not going to maintain a customer service function, at least be honest about it and delete their customer service contact info.
