Today I actually received an email back from Fry's. It said, in summary: We see that we have answered your question and will close this support case. I have no clue what they're talking about. They still haven't answered my questions -- they haven't even emailed me anything but form letters. If they're not going to maintain a customer service function, at least be honest about it and delete their customer service contact info. |
