ok well I was in LA and I found someone selling this sword a long sword that is

blue
10-14 req:3
dmg+15(enchanted)
dmg+15(while hexed)

u see the prob is that it has TWO dmg mods.....was i scammed? And if not how do u price this....i have no idea...not a clue...
