Materials price database?

Anyone remember the link of a materials and dyes price list stats history? I don't remember the link, is a website with data and charts about materials prices updated everyday, and you can see the old prices versus new ones.

I never heard of that either, I know WoW has a page like that but i never heard that GW had that kind of thing.

I've seen a thread about it but I never saw them actually complete the project I think
