Help with smiter

People in ToA are often asking for a smiter, as in, "600hp LF smiter for UW". I know that one person is the spirit bonder, but I can't find a build for the smiter. Can someone explain the common smiter build used for the smiter in this duo? Thanks.

Basically High hps on the tank to get the full damage from retribution and holy wrath. I havent actually ran the build but it should work.

B spirit is for 600 monks' energy.
Signet of Judgement. Holy wrath will suck you energy dry. Thats why its basically a no energy build.

Also there are other ways of running this. Purge signet is probably not necessary, degen doesnt effect 600s as it would a 55.

Maybe sub purge for more damage like bane sig or sig of rage? Maybe sub sig of judgement for keystone sig (doubt you would do as much damage)?

I would play with the build until you found something that suites you. Most of your damage will come from holy wrath and retribution.
