PC on Fellblade

20/20 sundering, +15% stance req 8 max fellblade (other mod is bad and presumably worthless).

I'm aware that both the 20/20 and 15% are stickied -- however, mods do not hold their full value on application, but I figure since its a 15//req8 fell it doesn't lose its full value either, so I'd like to know whats a reasonable price for the thing.
