I've never played a Warrior so I've no idea, although I'm assuming that the Divine Favor +1 on this means it's pretty darn useless:
Gold Irridescent Aegis
Armor +16 (Requires 12 Strength)
Health +28
Divine Favor +1 (19% chance)
