Nightfall bonus key.

This is what GW is showing me when I insert my key of GW: Nightfall pre-release bonus pack.

Can this key be activated already (I know I dont get the items and slot till i bought the full game) , do I have to insert this key after the Full game key or do i have to insert this key on the 27 oct before inserting the full game key.

I had the same just press again when you see this msg and it will say that it is added.

Can anyone else confirm this, it's not that I don't trust you, Angel Develin, I just would like more than one sources before I go adding a key when I get a message like the Original Poster.

I had the same, pushed add key nevertheless, and I can access the bonusitems in the game.

Still: in the account management option it doesnt show that anything had been added to my account.

I also wrote to support about this, but didnt get an answer yet.

Just like you both said it worked, I can only imagine that it is bugged. but let's hope we get the all important bonus character slot upon Nightfall's release

Where did you get your pre-release bonus pack from?!

A GAME high street store (UK), chances are they won't have it on the shelves so ask the staff, I got 2 for £1.99 each.

maybe the key just isnt active yet? You might need to wait a while and see---not sure when these keys were supposed to go 'live'.

I have found my solution, this message is just an remember thing of the charcter slot that u dont get till u fill in the key of full game.

Just push Add Key on the right lower corner (I hadn't seen that button) and the key will be added.
type /preorder to get ur 2 items and when u insert the full game key u will get the extra slot.

i got the same message, im leery about adding the key anyway until i know more, wouldnt want to miss out on anything, so ill wait a few days and see if we can get an official answer

i cant get my bonus items? !:

grrrrrrrrrrrr... why wont ncsoft respond back to me i tried /preorder and /bonusitem all i get are my factions items I didn't even see it on my list when i click manage codes

it wont show up in the manage serial keys until you add your retail copy of Nightfall. And I think Anet may have suspended the bonus items cause they didn't want people to have them til the PvE preview.

I guess that might be a plausible explaination as to why the bonus items are no more. That sucks. I was just about to take the spear out and start sticking some target dummies on balthazar's isle........ bah!

Well I managed to get my bonus items by typing /bonusitems, I destroyed the Sunspear as it didnt have the 15^Stance on it, but I have kept the Scythe on my Ritualist.

There is a minor bug in that the Scythe and Spear don't respond to Weapon spells yet.
