Rod/Wand Mods

Hi, I browsed some Necro builds earlier, and found one where it mentioned you needed a wand with 20/20 and a focus with 20/20 on it for it to work..I thought you only got staffs with 2x 20 modifers?

True. Wand and Rods can't be modded, but they might come with the 20/20 (Do you mean the Halves casting time and recharge bonuses) instead of say 15^50

Factions introduced the 20/20 mod for wands/rods. They can be crafted at Vasburg Armory and Leviathan Pits (I think that's the Luxon armory)

Btw, forgot to ask, on a 20/20 wand and 20/20 focus which other modifiers are possible?can you get + energy, and if so, how much?

For those just 20/20 (isn't that enough?) but there are some with one 20% and energy IF my memory serves correctly.

Guildwiki has all that info, google it, add it to your favorites and look it up, it'll save you a lot of time.
