How much difference would a % or two less in the sundering or fortitude mods do?

It makes a HUGE difference. People pay extra for perfection. If you are looking at a good bow, and perfect Mods, you can sell higher. If you get something like 20/19 or 20/18, you subtract maybe 5 to 10 Ectos from what you could get.
Although, if someone is desparate enough to pay huge, and then pay another 40k for an extra Mod to make it perfect, so be it.

mods do not increase or decrease the price, just make it easier to sell.

bleh, "perfect" mods only matter if that's what they actually want.... of course alot of nubs want the crappy sundering.... but to those that know how things work, they use other mods... so to them even 20/20 sundering isn't "perfect" except a perfectly bad waste of money
it doesn't make a "HUGE" difference and it's rediculous to say so.. as I have easily sold items without the mods as with them tons of times, usually you get the value of the mods back, OR LESS.... and that's it, and that's not a "HUGE" difference
