I Know Some tyrian Weapons Dont Have +5 Energy Mods But Most or All canthan do can you help me

If it drops in Cantha, it can have an energy +5 mod.

what weapons does the crafter make at the end of the game i know he makes a +5 energy cleaver

there is no other crafters with +5 energy weapons besides Shichiroji
