Damge 15% while health above 50%
Axe Mastery +1 (19% chance while using skills)

mods replaceable of course, I guess its the axe itself that's important.

If the price check is good, I may offer to sell it on the Sell forum when I have a few more items to include in the same post.

Yeah it's not a rare skin axe, and I see the basic axe with same stats sold at Droks for 5k and some materials. I'll try to sell in game for around that much, thanks.
