pc on req10 14% always dragon scythe daggers

i have a pair of dragon scythe daggers stats are as follows

7-17dmg req10

14% dmg always

-5 energy

armour penetration 20/19

armour +7 vs physical attacks

hp+ 30

any ideas what they are worth

since they arent "perfect" they werent on the sticky, non the less a good drop
