Hey all. Can I get a PC on these daggers please?

Furious Chromium Shards of Defense
Dmg 7-17 (Req. 13)
Damage +20% (Health below 50%)
Double Adrenaline on Hit (10%)
Armor +5

I know the Req 13 kills it from being really outstanding, but I'm not familiar enough with daggers to know how rare the skin or the mods are.

Salvage, the dmg mod is unpopular.
