Compared to past updates and changes this update seemed......wanted. I haven't seen any "I hate you Anet I quit" theads.
Anyone else notice how calm people are compared to past updates?

Rather smooth update

or maybe as time goes by less people care about guild wars, i know i for one have got bored of gw thanks to factions and only tend to log on to chat to my brother/friends.
admittedly nightfall does look better than factions in a gameplay sense but constant nerfing from anet has put me off buying it, especially since soon after you find a great build for the new classes they will be nerfed like mad because of pvp whining again.

wait until all the trial account people start downloading for real.
that is why i will probably be reading a book that weekend
on the other hand maybe not as i am right next to the Anet servers (well 10/15 miles +/-)
This time they tricked us. They changed our character's faces so we were all too shocked and distracted by this to really look at our skillbars. Then they promise to fix the faces, and we feel better again.
Really though, I think the lack of complaining is due to the fact that most of the changes were skill buffs. The monk nerfs didn't cause too much trouble because we all saw them coming during the nightfall pvp preview. And the rit lord nerf... well that was long overdue, and it's not exactly the most popular class. At least, it's not gonna cause the discontent that previous nerfs to eles, MMs, and warriors did. I liked playing rit lord, but I finished factions on my rit ages ago so not really a big deal (plus, got a channeling buff to soften the blow

They fixed the sound glitches and the autocamera in the observer too (undocumented).
