Just picked this up in FOW...is it worth anything?

Energy +12 (Requires 8 Domination Magic)
Armot +5 (vs. elemental attacks)
Halves casting time of Domination Magic spells (Chance: 19%)

1-2kish/Merch : Mesmers really don't need HCT weapons as Fast Casting usually covers that base.

Ah excellent point...hadn't thought of that. Woohoo! More inventory space! I need more experience with caster weapons. Thanks again for your help.
