okay these HAVE to be dropping in Factions.... 3rd one this week to get pc'd... I'd sell fast if I was you.... 150k+, but not sure since they are being found more and more

Yes they are dropping in factions, quite frequent lately.

You can get them in all of Cantha and they are mostly max damage.
