1. I've heard Ettins drop runes, but I farm for runes with Avicara. (Right outside of Droks)
2. Hmm... there aren't any Bosses in Tyria (that I know of) that drop greens AND are 55 soloable.
Most bosses that drop greens are in Sorrows Furnace. But a few like 'The Queen' but I think you have to join like a 2-3 man group for that.

1.) ettins (Kyrta) and tengu outside droknars (standart 55hp monk)
2.) Grawls 1 and 2 (standart 55hp mon just dont get in melle range of Barbared grawls) and totem axes (no idea)

YOu'll get little of either from the grawls.
