My story: I level a character, and beat the story, but then whenever i try to farm, i can never dedicate myself to one area. I solo'd FoW with my warrior for a week. A long time ago i tried the Ettins outside Beeteltun. I've done countless things and always got crap drops.

Its not so bad, i at least have droks/Keineng armors and max weapons (collectors or crap golds), but i've always wanted 15k armor.

Been playing more than a year..1500+ hours. 1 set of FoW and 3 sets of 15k

It may sound I dunno patronising. But has anyone who has played regually for a year never had more than 10K total wealth(and I mean if you added up all your drops you ever had)

You should have more than 10k by playing through the game with 2 or 3 sets of armor.

I think it's impossible. I played AB during this weekend's event for an hour, like any other casual person, and made 5k in Amber.

If you have played for a year, you definately have played more than a few hours.

Well i played throught both games 5 times now and i made enough money to have them all with normal armor, dye mix, runes and greens and i still have some money left... its all in the salvage and sell...

(of course if you want to have 15k armor you have to farm but here comes the question: anet doesnt want us to farm, so how are we supposed to get 15k or even fow armor when playing throught both games doesnt get us enough money?)

2000+ hours since release of Prophecies (account is reset afetr E3 and betas) and I've got a few perfects but they were never bought and I never farmed for them.

I've seen people get perfect weapons after a month, so I don't believe in this thread

I'm not even a PvE player (I OCCASIONALLY go to the UW w/ my SS necro when America has favor) and I have had a few 15^50 eternal/storm bows, but I don't have 15k armor. 1.5k is PERFECT for me. Even though my 1.5k armor is dyed black.

1 and 2 are mine. I only have less than 10k because I just bought three sets of 15k armour in a row for somethin to do until NF comes out and a crap load of dyes to colour them with. I don't have perfect golds because the greens are over farmed and so the prices are MUCH lower than perfect golds, hence I don't buy golds at all, and also collector items are even better.

I have more money than that for number 1.

For number 2, I only have 1 perfect gold weapon, a req8 15^50 Shortbow, and thats like the cheapest of the perfect weapons lol

For Number 3, I have 15k armors, but no FoW armors.

As for a good PvE Guild Admin's Bane...Tell me one >_> I'm in a guild with some friends right now, It isn't big at all, and not so active, and doesn't have a theme (we gvg when we get 7-8 on, but we do nothing else together), BUT they are friends, so I'd take a good guild to get me out.

15k armors= mesmer, warrior, necro, ritualist, assassin (ritualist is the only one 100% 15k... usually wont spend 15k on gloves n mesmer masks/bloodstained boots) acatually my assin only has the luxon 15k guise atm.

Money? lol Ill spend it as fast as I can get it. I hoarde and binge.

Rare Items-> anything I didnt have, I got on the two double-drop weekends. Not to say that everything is 100%-> but after the 'inscriptions' news I really dont care... some things i have are pretty amazing tho imo
