WTB 15/-1 health regen weapon

Don't really care what kind of weapon, although 1-handed preferred with Damage +15% always/-1 health regen mod (Not a vamp upgrade. Yes, they exist.)

Don't have a 15/-1, but
Vampiric Longbow of Marksmanship
15-28 (req 11)
14/-1
vamp 5/-1
marks+1 19%
