Realm Of Torment, Mapping Confirmed?

AFter reading the PC Gamer article, It seems after you leave the area That part of the map is Refogged. My question is simple. Will the Realm of Torment count towards 100% exploration?

Probably not. So far, both Tyria and Cantha have more than 100 percentage points available, so there's a little bit of leeway in the grandmaster title. If it gets refogged, chances are it either will count towards the title even if it is refogged, or more likely, will neither advance the title or be necessary for it.
Nothing's confirmed by Anet yet, afaik. But if it did count, you'd have characters with a title that fluctuated depending on how much into the realm of torment they were at some point, so I very much doubt Anet would make it strictly necessary for the full title.

I was led to believe that all you explored was added But it wouldnt go away after refogging. But if you missed a part it would be HARD to find it. They might take the UW pathway for the realm though.
