Changing email

After deciding to change my guild wars account email for security I looked at edit account but the option wasn’t there and I seem to remember it used to be. Is it still possible to change my accounts email address?

It is on the screen where you choose your character to play. Lower left corner the option is "Edit Account". You can still change the email.

Strange on mine it doesnt appear. Heres a screen shot of what it looks like when i click on edit acount.

To ellaberate; it's permanently locked and can never be changed even if you argue with support for a month.

Ouch if i'd of known about that I probably wouldn't of gone in the GW store. Surely thats fairly bad if you cant change your email as if someone was to ever get hold of your email it would make it easier to hack.

im really sorry to rez an old thread, but i thought it better rather than start my own.
my opinion on the locking of email address is BULLSHIT. thats right. my old email account got hacked, so what am i supposed to do now? wait until they find out my password? thanks anet. i guess ill go argue with them again over something so trivial that they make so difficult.

The email address is not supposed to be locked, my knowledge.

Why the option isn't there I do not know. I suggest you contact PlayNC support and see what they have to say about it.
And this is not Anets doing. Don't blame ArenaNet, blame NCSoft.
