A close runner up are the Stone Summit Dwarves (of course these arent monsters per se, but they look awesome)

Ice Imps and Spark of the Titans. They make the coolest noise when they die.

I'd have to say mursaat. Warrior boss minotaurs are cool, the end-game boss of prophecies (gotta be nice to noobs - don't want to reveal anything), um, I think thats it.

Not the best picture but...

Infernal Wurms. Yes, a reskin of Maw and smaller, but much cooler looking because of the colors in my opinion.

Maw hands down....that evil evil wurm.. Since I joined LBS back in december of 05', Maw has spawned 79/321 droks runs for me...... he has a Rahja killing fetish..... poor me.... Happy Maw.
