If I have 16 Illusion,Use Arcane Theivery,Steal say Heal Other,then use this signet,I will use Heal Other at a strength relative to that of 16 Healing.

Strange such a skill didn't even exist before..

It would be interesting to use in conjuction with arcane mimicry, although the amount of slots needed just to pull it off might not make it entirely feasible.
