Problem with NF Prerelease Key

I purchased the Pre-release yesterday and I was adding the code when I got a screen that told me that I couldn't add the key because I could already access that content, even though I hadn't added the key yet. But somehow, it still let me add my key. So, I added it. This is my accessible Content screen:



It never said that I had added a Pre-release key... I don't think this is normal. Do I open a support ticket?

Currently, There is a bug,and this is the result. It's added, just wait, they'll fix it.

It's not a bug at all. You don't unlock the bonus slot nor the bonus weapons til you add your full retail key for Nightfall. It is at that time it will also show in your key management screen. As long as you clicked add and not cancel; your fine; just wait til you buy Nightfall.
