My Guild Is In Trouble

Ok, my guild has been around bout 3 weeks i have 4 excellent officers that do spend alot of time trying to recruit. bu the big problem is that nobody wants to join a new guild no matter what we would elp them with. We have a awsome hall with nearly all the npc's and a awsome allaince. please help me please this is driving me insane cuase i am on 24/7 doing stuff for my guld and i dont mind it if people would just stay. some dont even stay for a full 24 hours. please help

Okay, first of all, most guilds make the mistake by being neo-nazish, try not to do that, i'm not saying you are, but still, try not if you are, be a little more laid back try not to seem desperate, if you are, also, pre seering is a new guilds best friend, they might not be the best people in the world, but we've gotten some good people at my guild from there, in the past week, so yeh, just keep trying
