I have 0 deaths but no survivor title track
i am currently lvl 3 in cantha

You need to become level 20 to get the first Survivor title, with no deaths.


Survivor - 140,600 XP (Level 20)
Indomitable Survivor - 587,500 XP
Legendary Survivor - 1,337,500 XP

I started the game and when u start u get a survivor track correct?
Well i dont have a survivor track.

Not correct.

The title track shows up around level 5. If you die even once you can no longer make progress on the title.

afaik, it doesnt show until level 4 and you wont be able to show it until 20
